For custom projects, the more detail the better — operating environment, special attachments, and installation constraints all help us design the right solution.

Standard products are typically delivered within 3–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom-engineered cranes generally require 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. We provide a firm delivery schedule with every confirmed order and keep customers updated throughout production.

Yes. McVern offers full installation and commissioning services including site survey, structural assessment, equipment erection, electrical connection, load testing, operator training and handover documentation. We can also provide technical supervision if the client prefers to use their own installation team.

All McVern products are covered by a standard 12-month warranty from commissioning date, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty and maintenance contracts are available on request.

Yes — McVern provides retrofit and upgrade services including hoist replacement, VFD drive installation, control system upgrades, runway extension, capacity upgrade assessment and safety device retrofitting. Contact us with your existing equipment details for a retrofit evaluation.

Yes. McVern supplies cranes to international clients with full export documentation, CE marking where applicable, and packaging designed for sea or air freight.
