FEM / ISO duty classes describe how hard and how often the crane works — not a marketing label. Confirm with load spectrum and cycles.

Overhead cranes
桥式起重机
Single and double girder bridge cranes running on runway beams. Span, SWL, lifting height and hook approach defined on the GA.
单梁/双梁桥式，走行于轨道梁。跨度、SWL、起升高度与钩接近在 GA 上定义。
FEM / ISO basics
FEM/ISO 要点
Select duty from load spectrum and cycles (e.g. FEM 1.001 / ISO 4301 family). Structure and mechanism classes must align — do not mix a light hoist with a heavy-duty bridge without review.
按载荷谱与循环选级（如 FEM 1.001 / ISO 4301 系列）。结构级与机构级须一致——轻级葫芦配重级桥架须复核。
Gantry cranes
门式起重机
Full or semi-gantry for outdoor yards and large fabrication areas. Wind, rail, and wheel load design confirmed for site conditions.
全门/半门机，用于露天堆场与大型钢构区。风载、轨道与轮压按现场条件确认。
Design note

Outdoor duty adds environmental factors on top of FEM/ISO class. Anchor, storm lock and power feed method are part of the package scope.
户外工况在 FEM/ISO 级别之上叠加环境因素。锚定、防风与供电方式纳入成套范围。
Custom-built cranes
非标定制起重机
When catalogue geometry does not fit: special spans, low headroom, process hangers, twin hoist, or OEM steel interfaces.
当目录几何不适用时：特殊跨度、低净空、工艺吊点、双起升或 OEM 钢结构接口。
Electric hoists
电动葫芦
Wire-rope and chain hoists — monorail, low-headroom, or double-rail trolley. Match FEM/ISO mechanism group to the parent crane.
钢丝绳/环链葫芦——单轨、低净空或双轨小车。机构工作级别须匹配主机。
Lead-time band (typical)
交期带（典型）
~4–8 weeks after clarification for standard hoist / light packages. Confirm per scope.
标准葫芦/轻型成套澄清后约 4–8 周。以范围确认为准。
Jib cranes
悬臂吊
Column or wall-mounted jibs for workstation coverage. Outreach, slewing angle and foundation loads defined early.
立柱式或壁式悬臂，覆盖工位。臂长、回转角与基础载荷尽早定义。
KBK flexible systems
KBK 柔性系统
Light modular tracks and bridges for ergonomic handling on assembly lines. Ideal where frequent short moves beat a full bridge crane.
轻型模块轨道与小车，服务装配线人机工效。适合高频短途、不必上全桥机的场景。

Load spectrum
载荷谱
Average load vs SWL and how often near-full loads occur. Under-classing shortens life; over-classing inflates cost.
平均载荷相对 SWL，以及接近满载的频次。选级偏低缩短寿命；偏高抬高成本。
Operating cycles
工作循环
Lifts per hour / shifts per day drive mechanism group. State this in the enquiry checklist.
每小时起升次数/每天班次决定机构组别。请写入询盘清单。
Environment

Indoor / outdoor, temperature, dust, corrosion — these sit beside duty class, not instead of it.
